Typical manual parameters include: Air temperature and pressure, Wind speed and direction, Sea surface temperature, Wave height and period, Visibility and cloud cover, Precipitation and weather phenomena. Automatic systems will report: pressure, air temperature and relative humidity. Data are typically formatted in BUFR. |
